PACT Act
Electronic nicotine delivery systems are now included under the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act. (PACT)
Recently, the “Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021” was signed into law on Dec. 27,2020 at U.S federal level. As part of this law, the PACT Act was amended to now include electronic delivery systems (ENDS), in addition to cigarettes, smokeless, and roll-your-own tobacco. The law is intended to prevent online sales to minors and streamline tax compliance.
This act is referred to as the vape mail ban by vaping industry, but its effects will be much more acute on online sellers since not only USPS is asked to profound new regulations on shipping, but All the major privately owned shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx and DHL voluntarily stepped back on mailing vape products to residential addresses in accordance with the PACT Act.

Online Orders
If you want to cancel an order, you must submit a CANCELLATION REQUEST by emailing support@thevapegiant.com within 2 hours of the order being placed. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and, in some cases, we cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be accepted.
Canceled orders are subject to an 8 % restocking fee due to the credit card processing and age verification fees incurred in processing your order. If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a refund amount after the deduction of 8% of the total order value. For example, if your order was $30, you will receive a refund of $24.

Refund or exchange is only available for products that are deemed defective and have not been used. The broken seal cannot be honored in order to issue a refund or exchange.
To avoid issues with a return and to get a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to our facility within 15 days of purchase or date of receipt. Allow 2-3 weeks’ refunds to be processed. Please note that thevapegiant.com does not offer a money-back guarantee.
