Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications
The Vape Giant aims to process your order quickly, with most orders shipping out of our facility in less than 24 hours. In cases of high demand, orders can take up to 72 hours.
Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout, depending on your location. Tracking email will automatically be sent out once it finish processing at our facility.

Required Adult Signature Service
In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

If you do not receive your order or shipment, contact the carrier for more details about the shipment. It is recommended to check with neighbors or nearby places or person.
Check the package before you receive it, if it is damaged don’t sign for it and return to the courier to return back. If you find a damaged shipment after it is delivered please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of the return/exchange policy.
If a package is returned to us because of an un-deliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.
If a package is returned to the sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, the Vape Giant reserves the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, The Vape Giant reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.
The products can only be bought and shipped within the U.S territories adhering to the federal, state and local regulations. See below for a list of state and city-based restrictions related to vaping products. Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

Return & Refund Policy
Refund or exchange is only available for the products that deemed defective and have not been used. The broken seal cannot be honored in order to issue the refund or exchange.
To avoid issues with a return in order to get a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to our facility within 15 days of purchase or date of receipt. Allow 2-3 weeks’ refunds to be processed. Please note that thevapegiant.com does not offer a money back guarantee.
